About The Gutierrez Family
All of the people in this family tree exist within a computer game called The
Sims 2. They live in a custom neighbourhood called Legacy Valley. Though
there are quite a few family names, there are only thirteen core families.

Gutierrez: Originally the Gutierre family, they are the legacy family and
founders of Legacy Valley. I used the probability simulators on my TI-83 to
make the founder, Leao Gutierre. The heirs of his household stick loosely to
the Legacy Challenge rules created by Pinstar. I do use many hacks, but the
only cheat allowed in the Gutierrez household is move_objects on, unless
something goes horribly wrong. Knock on wood. Heirs are chosen by the TI-83
spinner; spouses in all thirteen households are now chosen with the crystal
ball by TwoJeffs. Naming theme involves three baby name books and probability
simulators from the TI-83.

Colden: Originally Tinker. Founded by Melody Tinker (Maxis-made teenager
from Bluewater) and legacy spare Colby Gutierre. The first born child is
heir, and the naming theme is simple, common names. Their family name was
changed from Tinker to Colden to separate them from the Tinker family in
Bluewater.

Haggerty: Founded by Alvin Haggerty, former teen townie, and legacy spare
Ambrosina Gutierre. First born girl or first girl with Leao's custom skin is
heir. Naming theme is Irish.

Barrett: Founded by Lydia Barrett, former university streaker, and legacy
spare Car Gutierre. First born is heir, naming theme is French.

Toyonaga: Founded by Dawson Toyonaga and legacy spare Joycelyn Gutierre.
First born is heir, naming theme is Japanese.

Alioto: Founded by Dagmar Alioto, former teen townie, and legacy spare Tottie
Gutierre. First born is heir, naming theme is Italian.

Scott: Founded by Roger Scott, former Mr. Big, and Basil Tinker, alien child
of Remington Tinker (formerly Harris). First born is heir, naming theme is
Scottish.

Go: Founded by Tosha Go, former teen townie, and Ewan Tinker, alien child of
Remington Tinker. First born is heir, naming theme is Chinese, Filipino, or
Indonesian. This may be changed to Chinese only, because my name books have
few Filipino and Indonesian names, and I'm lazy. I'm not sure I can even say
specifically Mandarin or Cantonese because my books don't say, and again, I'm
too lazy to do the research. Maybe I'll get around to it one day.

Geddes: Originally Gieke. Founded by Maxis-made Chester Gieke and Irene
Tinker, alien child of Remington Tinker. Name changed to provide an easier
naming theme. First born is heir, naming theme is Welsh.

Bradshaw: Founded by former drama professor Amber Bradshaw and Noel Haggerty,
alien child of Alvin Haggerty. First born is heir and naming theme is
whatever comes to me when it's time to choose a name.

Walter: Founded by Steffi Walter, former townie, and Dougal Haggerty, alien
child of Alvin Haggerty. First born is heir and naming theme is German.

Hollis: Founded by Mausi Hollis and Remington London, former pizza delivery
man. The Hollis family was going to be another legacy family, and I did start
Mausi out using legacy rules, but I later decided that I didn't want two
legacy houses. First born is heir and naming theme is Greek. I may even give
them a Greek family name one day.

Wooster: Founded by Rosina Hollis and Lucian Alioto. Rosina and Lucian were
high school sweethearts, but as neither were heir to a household, they
couldn't marry. Rosina changed her name to Wooster and founded her own
household. Really, I just like Rosina and the number thirteen. First born is
heir, naming theme is Latin. Why not?
